Bank of America Merrill Lynch has confirmed the listing of bonds InvestBond 5.25% fixed rate bonds with a duration of fifteen on the Italian Stock Exchange . The bonds, issued by Bank of America Corporation, are intended to provide additional income to Italian investors with an annual coupon of 5.25% gross for the next 15 years, with the right 'of the issuer to repay the bonds early annually on the day of the ex-dividend from 31 January 2021. There are no distribution fees built into the price of the instrument and obbligazioni possono essere negoziate direttamente sul segmento Mot di Borsa Italiana, su EuroTLX e su Hi-mtf, fornendo liquidita’ e trasparenza sul prezzo. E’ possible acquistare e vendere le obbligazioni durante gli orari di apertura dei relativi mercati presso lo sportello, tramite il servizio internet o telefonico della propria banca. L’investimento minimo e’ pari a 1.000 Euro. Le obbligazioni InvestBond 5,25% permettono agli investitori italiani di beneficiare di una cedola annuale lorda pari al 5,25% attualmente tassata al 12,50%.
