For Condos VAT refund is issued on the methane gas central heating systems.
In condominiums where there is a central heating system is possible according to the statement of the Revenue of 15.10.2010 No. 108 and Resolution No. 112 OF 22.10.2010, which you can reclaim the VAT applied to the natural gas supplied for residential property for residential use served by central heating.
Here's how to request a refund:
- be asked by your condominium
- should be sent to the sender of the invoice of methane gas (eg, Enel Gas);
- is for the supplies (invoices) from 01.01 .2008 on ;
- You must indicate in the request for reimbursement, the number of users (buildings) that make use of the centralized (not to consider those who have the autonomous system);
- must be signed by your condominium.
are 480 cubic meters of which should apply the reduced VAT of 10% and should be considered for each owner.
