high condo fees: a question of budget
As a doctor in Statistics, I can apply that attitude to planning, monitoring and maintaining a budget, whether it be a small business, be it a condo.
Infatti all'interno di un condominio in sede di assemblea ordinaria, vengono posti sul piatto, servizi, utenze ed eventuali innovazioni.
Vero è che più servizi si esigono, più spese bisogna affrontare. Rientrare entro i limiti del budget preposto, è un'impegno che l'amminstratore deve dimostrare in sede della stessa assemblea, in cui deve fare capire ai condomini che eliminare fondi destinati a riparazioni o spese impreviste, non è la soluzione a quote condominiali più contenute.
Infatti, i fondi destinati a imprevisti, devono essere sempre congrui alla storia del condominio e a quante riparazioni o interventi di ordinaria manutenzione, sono stati fatti in passato.
